Vadim Gluzman

Chairman and CEO

Vadim Gluzman was born in 1962 in Lvov, the Ukraine. In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technologies with a Master’s degree in Chemical Technologies and worked as chemical engineer of the Moscow Institute of Plastics.
In 1989, he immigrated to the United States and worked as Chemical Engineer for TekApex Corporation in Rhode Island/
In 1992, he joined OAO LUKOIL as an integral part of the Company’s expansion into the United States. In 1997, he became President of Lukoil Americas Holding. In 2002, after LUKOIL acquired Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc., Mr. Gluzman became Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer. Mr. Gluzman does extensive traveling to Lukoil’s Main Headquarters in Moscow Russia where he is deeply involved in all aspects of the Company business dealing and relationships. As the strategic leader for growrh in the Americas, Mr. Gluzman works very closely with Mr. Alekperov, OAO Lukoil’s President, Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Gluzman serves as Director for many of the Lukoil entities and participates in Lukoil’s Management Committee.
He is married with three children and resides in Massachussets.
